Verify ISO image is bootable or not and check CD/DVD Rom Drive "Connect on power on" and "Connect Now" check both box and browse ISO image if not resolved modify boot order select CD Rom drive in VM BIOS and check for initial screen, for Windows XP or 2008 you need to "Press any key to boot from CD" message will come, check for Windows 7 as well.
