Thank you the quick reply.
I examined the setting which you mentioned. It wasn't set. I tried to turn on the Independent mode, and set it persistent.
But when booted up the server and I made some changes after the restart the changes again lost. So it isn't solve the problem.
I left the Independent mode on, and set to persistent.
