こんにちは。 残念ながら、ESXiはデュアルブートには対応していないです。1台のマシンで複数バージョンのESXiを試す場合は、USBメモリにインストールして差し替えてブートしたり、BIOSで何かしらの工夫（起動デバイス順序変更や有効化/無効化など?）が必要になると思います。 以上です。ご参考まで。
