こんにちは。 移行元もESXiの環境であれば、もしConverterがなかなかうまくいかないようでしたら、OVFでのエクスポート→インポートでの移行も試してみるとよいと思います。 ただしその場合、インポートしたVMはおそらくvNICのMACアドレスがかわってしまうので、IPアドレスなどのネットワーク再設定が必要になるはずです。
